Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://jmmautomotivellc.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Auto Repair Service, Oil Change Service, Brake Repair, Transmission Repair, Engine Diagnostics provided by JMM Automotive LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. JMM Automotive LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. JMM Automotive LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. JMM Automotive LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMM Automotive LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid JMM Automotive LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify JMM Automotive LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
